Recommends Fast Pad Renovations

Sandra Jessop

Patrick has done so much for me over the past 9 years since he repaired the water damage to my summer house. He has given my garden a complete overhaul. He has removed all of the weeds, nettles and ivy, cut back the over grown shrubs and cut down two trees. i had spoke with Patrick about laying gravel in the back garden as the grass did not grow well but he recommended sacrificing the lawn and laying new seed and with the extra light from the removed trees i now have a full green lawn. 2 summers ago Patrick filled in a small unused pond and created a wonderful little decked area. Patrick now comes to maintain my garden every 4-6 weeks. He began work last week on my awkward front garden to create a more self contained area and the transformation already is incredible. He has truly worked wonders and i cannot recommend Fast Pad Renovations highly enough.

Painting two walls in hallway and 2 small in kitchen

I advertised for some decorating. Most people were unavailable but Patrick took the job on and agreed to do some painting on a Saturday. He did a great job and also did some of the smaller more awkward jobs. Highly recommended Joel

Porch and Conservatory Touch Up

I’m very happy to leave a review for Patrick. He painted our conservatory and repointed an large, decorative brick patio and surrounding areas. He lived up to his trade name: Fast Pad. He quickly established contact and came round and provided a quote the same day. He’s a grafter by nature, and didn’t let a bit of rain get in his way. We were very pleased with the results which exceeded expectations. And he was very pleasant to do business with. No hesitation in recommending him. He has a great attitude and deserves to do well.

Redecorate after water damage in two rooms.

I am very impressed with the work that Paddy and his partner Maria did for us. They are hard workers, friendly yet professional, they understand what needs doing and how best to do it, Paddy’s knowledge of the work is very good and the work was carried out to a great standard and they cleaned up fully afterwards. I would definitely recommend without hesitation and would rehire for other work. Thank you 🙏 so much Paddy & Maria for your great job.

Handyman work.

I am currently working through renovating my home and I needed someone to do some painting and making good within my stairway. It was not an easy job but Patrick and his partner completed it and looks a lot better. I am now ready to move on with my renovation plans. Very happy customer and I would recommend!
